The sound does not work in your app? Try these steps:
1) Check to make sure the volume is turned up on your device.
2) Check if your device side switch is set to mute. Toggle the switch on/off.
3) Slide up from the bottom of the screen bringing up the control panel. Toggle mute on/off. Make sure volume is up.
4) Click the home button twice bringing up the screen shots and app icons of all open apps. Swipe the screen shots up, which closes the apps. Repeat for all open apps. Click the home button once to close this function.
